At SALT & STONE, we want you to be completely satisfied with your high-performance skincare and body care. If a product doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to begin the process.

  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return or exchange to generate a prepaid shipping label and return authorization form.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Carefully pack the products in their original packaging, include the return form, and securely attach the prepaid label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
